UCLA Engineering: Governing Board

The Engineering Alumni Association is administered by a Governing Board and three elected officers. The Governing Board is made up of voting members who represent the entire engineering alumni constituency.

The Board is responsible for general programming and control of the Engineering Alumni Association and its sub-committees, which are the working bodies of the Governing Board. The Board meets once each quarter, with additional meetings called on an as needed basis.

The Membership and Nominating Committee selects alumni to serve two-year terms as Board members, with terms staggered to ensure continuity. Officers are elected by the Board each year.
