Gifts to the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science are tax deductible. You may choose to make an immediate impact through a gift to the Engineering Annual Fund. Or you may choose to support students through endowed scholarships or fellowships, the Alumni Fund for Student Projects or the Engineering Parents' Fund. You may also direct your gift to support faculty through endowed chairs. Or you may choose to benefit the entire engineering community through support for capital projects.

ON PAPER
If you would prefer, you can also make your gift by check. Print and complete an online form, and send it with a check made out to the UCLA Foundation to the address below. MULTI-YEAR PLEDGES
You may also complete your gift by making regular payments over a period of time.

SECURITIES
You may also make a gift of long-term appreciated marketable securities or closely-held securities, gifts that offer significant tax savings to the donor.

ESTATE PLANNING
Planned gifts are arrangements that have specific tax advantages and often include lifetime income to a beneficiary or beneficiaries named by the donor. Additional information on planned giving is available online at http://www.giftplanning.ucla.edu/toc.htm.

ENDOWMENTS
An endowment is a fund that is maintained in perpetuity, with only a portion of the annual investment return used for the purposes specified by the donor. Such endowments typically bear the name of the donor or donors.

MATCHING GIFTS
You may be able to double or even triple the impact of your gift through your company’s matching gift program. Not sure if your company has a matching gift program? Why not check online? You will receive credit for the total value of your gift and the matching gift.
