New Executive Director of External Affairs Appointed

Executive Director of External Affairs Molly Ann Mroczynski.

Molly Ann Mroczynski was appointed last October as Executive Director of External Affairs for the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science.

She has more than 15 years of experience in development, including major gifts, direct marketing, fund development, corporate relations and volunteer administration. She began her career at Temple University, and also was Director of Development for the College of Engineering and Technology at California State University, Los Angeles.

Prior to coming to UCLA, Mroczynski was Director of Development for the Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering at Loyola Marymount University, where she helped secure a gift of $17 million to name the College. She has extensive experience in cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major donors.

She oversees the alumni relations program, all fundraising for the School, media relations and other internal and external communications. Her considerable fundraising skills will be focused on the School’s ambitious goal of raising $100 million over the next five years.
