Spring 2006 UCLA Engineer   The Spring 2006 issue covers a recent collaboration that has resulted in a pediatric heart valve, affordable plastic solar panels, the new Western Institute for Nanoelectronics, and curriculum revisions that will strengthen undergraduate engineering at UCLA.
