2013 Tech Forum coming May 8 to Covel Commons
"The Future of Engineering Research"
Bringing together many of the finest engineering minds in industry and academia, on May 8 the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science will host its annual Tech Forum.
This year’s theme is “The Future of Engineering Research in the United States.”
Neil Siegel, vice president and chief engineer at Northrop Grumman Information Systems will serve as keynote speaker. A panel discussion will include representatives of several engineering and technology firms. Leading UCLA Engineering faculty will host dozens of breakout sessions on their research, and during lunch and an afternoon wine-and-cheese reception, attendees can view a poster contest in which students describe their on-going work.
