This includes the demolition of Engineering 1A (E1A), construction of the phase 1 of Engineering 6 (E6-P1), the renovation of Boelter Hall (BH) on six different floors, the construction of a Student Creativity Center (SCC) on the second floor level of BH, and the construction and relocation of the SEAS Cafe (Cafe) on the fifth floor of BH.  This is to update you on the schedule and potential impact of these projects in the next few years.

building utilities / shutdowns regarding the projects.

Emails will be sent to building occupants for scheduled or emergency utility shutdowns.  While every effort is made to minimize the environmental and health impact of these renovation projects on our daily activities, if you have any questions or comments, please contact Lex Kopfer.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during the renovation and construction of these spaces, which will create the much needed state-of-the-art research infrastructure to support our students and faculty in their creative research activities and additional space for social interactions.
